Immediately after placing your order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail, and will be kept up to date on your order's status. Please remember that:

Receipt date = sending date + delivery time

Sending date is influenced by product availability  and method of payment, while delivery time depends on the delivery method you have chosen.

Product availability

Each product is marked with the time when we can send it – anywhere from 24 hours to several working days, or even several weeks in the case of larger orders. If you are ordering a larger number of products, the sending date of the order will be determined by the product with the latest sending date.
